Tell us who you are and where your from for people that dont know

 I am an artist from Medellin Colombia, who began his career as a DJ and producer at the age of 16, working in the local scene since 2009, and has had the fortune of growing up in music from a very young age and having great influences on different musical styles, working for music in a very personal way lasts several years, but I think the pinnacle of all this came with the birth of "Archaic Revival" which began as a musical project in 2015 in the visible or publicly part. so to speak, but the project had been running since 2014, precisely seeking to unite many elements under the previously explained concept.

The project has two fundamental bases: my infinite devotion for House and the most sacred respect I have for Techno, with different variables within other styles such as Acid, Dub, Ambient and Experimental music.

How is your 2024 going so far and what are you working on for this year?

My year 2024 so far is very active, I am focused on continuing to strengthen my OCIØ label and the spaces that are being given to be able to project the artistic part of it. work on new sounds to refresh my part in the production, and open new horizons in the sound spectrum and continue nourishing the local scene in some way with music.

What is the music scene like in Medellin?

The music scene here in Medellín, without a doubt, is one of the best in the Colombian scene and one of the best in Latin America. It has been a city that has given the public incredible moments since the 2000s and its festivals are desired. by artists and international audiences who demand current, fresh and high-quality music at all times of the scene. It is dynamic and is constantly releasing music that nourishes the country and the different spaces and clubs in the country.

Favorite artist right now? What have you been listening to lately?

Right now I'm listening to a lot of music influenced by IDM in all its aspects, mostly in its purest form and in high-intensity breaks, like jungle. My favorite artist in fact right now is an IDM music band called Seefeel, which has brought to my sound spectrum an intensity in the depth that is what in the end moves my vibes the most.
